Who We Are
BMTS is a specialist medical courier service providing compliant, time-sensitive logistics for healthcare providers across the South East and London. Our core expertise is pathology — moving specimens from clinical settings to laboratories with the care and documentation that diagnostic integrity demands.
We transport virtually anything healthcare-related: pathology specimens, blood products, controlled drugs, pharmacy medications, FP10 prescriptions, theatre equipment, legal and clinical paperwork — everything except patients. If it needs to move between healthcare settings securely and on time, we handle it.
Critically, we operate a true 24/7 service. Our team is always on call and always able to respond — including blue light emergency transport for major haemorrhages and other time-critical clinical situations. There are no gaps in our cover.
